Job summary

One Step is actively hiring an SDR in Phoenix, Arizona, to join our dynamic IT company known for its positive culture and career growth potential. In this role, you will make over 100 outbound calls daily, build relationships with potential clients, and support our sales team in driving new business.

This isn’t “hard selling.” It’s about starting relationships, asking great questions, and opening doors for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day
• Turn conversations into qualified meetings (FTAs)
• Research and prospect new companies
• Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and accurate
• Educate businesses on how we help them with IT & security
• Work closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline
