Job summary

Aerotek in Everett, WA is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to learn the full sales cycle, build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth. You will work with the Delivery and Sales teams to prospect, qualify targets, and set meetings in a defined territory.

The role offers a base salary with weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, and other performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

Sales Degree or 1–2 years of sales experience.
Entry-level role with a clear path to Account Manager.
Proven ability to prospect and qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Utilize the Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model to target, engage and service new and existing clients.
Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
Research and build call sheets using tools like LinkedIn and Connected.
Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources for lead generation.
Complete Aerotek Account Manager Onboarding training.
Generate leads, set and attend meetings with defined in territory.
Maximize profitability by negotiating bill rates and terms in line with market standards.
Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality contractors and marketing resumes.
