Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and responsibly leverage AI tools to improve commercial effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training across BCD sales, pricing, supply chain, operations, product management, customer service, finance, legal, EHS, and LCD functions.
• Manage a portfolio of regional BCD accounts, supporting customer retention, growth initiatives, account planning, and issue resolution.
• Execute pricing activities including quotes, contract reviews, price updates, and margin tracking.
• Analyze customer trends, profitability, market opportunities, and competitive activity to support business growth.
• Utilize approved AI tools to enhance account research, customer analysis, sales planning, communication, and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, supply chain, operations, customer service, finance, legal, quality, EHS, and LCD teams to support customers and business objectives.
• Participate in customer visits, supplier meetings, terminal visits, ride‑alongs, and business reviews to strengthen commercial capabilities.
