Univar Solutions USA Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our local Chemical Distribution team.

You will be responsible for advising the activities of a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve profitable growth for targeted products, markets, and customers along with leading and mentoring the development of their selling skills. This home-based role covers Texas, Pennsylvania, or Ohio, with up to 25% travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Ability to develop relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Sales Account Managers to drive profitable growth.
• Build and optimize sales territories and account assignments.
• Coach pricing strategies and conduct regular reviews with the team.
