Job summary

Hightouch is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our founding Ad-Studio team, building the outbound motion for a creative platform used by performance marketers and brand teams. You'll craft targeted outreach, research accounts, and shape messaging with leadership as we stand up new processes.

This remote-first role offers equity and growth in a fast‑moving startup. Location is remote-first; US-wide applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Self-motivated and able to build from zero in a high-growth startup.
• Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year of experience engaging customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Outreach directly to prospective customers via calls, texts, emails, campaigns, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with growth to craft personalized outreach tied to creative and campaign pain points.
• Develop creative channels and strategies to guide prospects to a Hightouch Ad Studio demo.
• Build the outbound playbook from the ground up, shaping processes, messaging, and tooling.
• Meet defined monthly targets and execute against them.
