Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience leading a Sales Development team.
• 2 years of selling SaaS products in a Sales Development or AE role.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, manage, and help build the Sales Development team while supporting the Head of Sales.
• Track, measure and report on sales data to drive effective decisions.
• Promote an environment of sales excellence within the team.
• Drive hiring and development of team members to scale capacity.
• Ensure proper use of Salesforce across the team.
• Attract top-tier talent to maintain high performance.
