Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sales Development Manager in San Francisco to lead a team of SDRs, coach on prospecting, and align outreach with company goals. You’ll recruit, onboard, and ramp new team members, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive pipeline growth.

You’ll manage day-to-day SDR performance, track metrics, and foster a high-performance culture focused on growth and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Cloud or SaaS.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing B2B sales or SDR teams.
• Proven success in scaling and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in an outbound environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with excellent communication and presentations.
• Growth-minded attitude and team-development focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and performance management for SDRs to meet quotas.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with structured training.
• Provide 1:1 coaching on time management, objections, and prospecting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pipeline strategies.
• Build a library of prospecting resources for the SDR team.
• Foster a high-performance, developmental team culture.
• Drive SDR process improvements and data-driven decisions.
• Track key metrics to align with company targets.
• Develop clear career paths and leadership opportunities.
