  • Delivering ongoing agronomic and technical training to ensure effective product positioning and customer success
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities to secure long-term demand and market penetration
Expectations will include
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales and profitability targets through strategic sales efforts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to retail partner sales teams and their grower clients
  • Conducting market analysis including SWOT assessments and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Effectively communicating technical product value to a wide range of stakeholders, from farmers to executives
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of regional agronomic practices and crop needs
  • Demonstrating agility in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and value-based selling in complex agricultural markets
A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • 5–10 years of successful agricultural input sales and demand creation experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales
  • Self-motivated, highly competitive, and passionate about sustainability and innovation in agriculture
  • Proven ability to develop strategic action plans and adapt in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural/agricultural environments

Compensation: Compensation will depend on the experience level brought to the role, but targeting the $125,000 + bonus potential
