Job summary

InterEx Group is expanding its Miami office and seeks ambitious graduates and junior professionals for a sales and recruitment career. You'll receive training, support and a high-energy, performance-driven environment to succeed in the global tech recruitment market.

You'll develop new business, build client relationships and master how to pitch recruitment solutions while sourcing candidates across technology sectors.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of sales experience.
• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate.
• From a business development or customer-facing background.
• Strong passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a high-performance environment.
