Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of sales experience.
• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate.
• From a business development or customer-facing background.
• Strong passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through sales and prospecting.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Learn to pitch and sell recruitment solutions.
• Source and headhunt candidates across the technology market.
• Manage candidate and client relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Build your own network and specialist market.
• Work toward clear sales and revenue targets.
