Job summary

InterEx Group is expanding its Miami SAP recruitment division. This is a true 360 role with full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network, offering autonomy in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

We welcome ambitious recruiters with at least 3 years in agency recruitment, a proven billing track record, and a willingness to relocate from the UK. Expect relocation and visa sponsorship for successful UK candidates and a clear pathway into leadership as the desk scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Proven 360 recruitment experience with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong billing history and track record in business development.
• Experience recruiting in SAP, ERP, IT, Cloud, Data, or Cyber Security is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, resilient, and commercially driven mindset.
• Willingness to work from the Miami office five days per week.
• UK-based recruiters open to relocation and visa support.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our SAP division in Miami. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network.

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering exceptional talent across the SAP ecosystem. Backed by an established global brand, experienced leadership team, and clear career progression, you'll have the autonomy and support to build a highly successful desk while maximising your earning potential.

For high-performing consultants, this role offers a clear pathway into Team Lead and Management positions as the business continues to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and win new business within the SAP recruitment market.
