Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami is seeking ambitious individuals for a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You will manage both sides of the recruitment process, build relationships with technology professionals and win business from companies looking to hire.

No prior recruitment experience or tech background is required; we’ll teach you recruitment, sales and technology from day one. You’ll develop your own desk and book of business while earning uncapped commissions from day one.

We’re growing our Miami office and looking for ambitious, competitive people who want to build a career in sales and recruitment.

You don’t need recruitment experience or a background in tech. We’ll teach you the recruitment, sales and technology side of the role from day one.

What we’re looking for is someone who is competitive, confident, resilient, coachable, and motivated by results.

What will you actually be doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire.

Your day will involve a lot of phone-based sales, relationship building, and business development.

You’ll be:

• Calling freelancers and contractors working across areas such as Data and AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud
• Building your own network of candidates and staying in regular contact with your market
• Speaking to candidates about their current projects, experience, availability and next career move
• Calling businesses and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
• Developing new business and introducing InterEx’s recruitment services to potential clients
• Building relationships with existing clients and becoming a trusted contact for their hiring needs
• Negotiating rates and terms with both candidates and clients
• Matching the right contractor to the right opportunity
• Managing the recruitment process from the initial conversation through to placement
• Following up with candidates and clients throughout the process
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems and other tools to source and build your network
• Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets
• Developing your own specialist market and, over time, building your own desk and book of business

You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships, developing business and learning how to turn conversations into revenue.
