Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Sales Manager experience.
• Strong CSI track record and customer service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the sales staff to meet targets and service levels.
• Train and develop sales staff for performance and product knowledge.
• Lead goal setting, coaching, and accountability to improve performance.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain trust and long-term loyalty.
• Report to the General Manager on sales results and initiatives.
