Job summary

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is expanding with a new in-store concept at a Texas location. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will engage shoppers, learn their needs, and translate ideas into customized outdoor structures using design tools.

This is a commission-based role after training, with uncapped earning potential. You will manage inquiries, present options, and guide customers from first contact to finalized designs, while maintaining a polished showroom and CRM records.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, inside sales, or service environments).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to guide conversations and identify customer needs.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Interest in helping customers bring their backyard projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media
• Greet walk-in customers at the Design Center
• Ask questions to understand the customer's project, timeline, and goals
• Present Ulrich's products and help customers explore their options
• Enter customer information and notes into our CRM
• Conduct project consultations and design customized solutions
• Follow up with interested customers and missed appointments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
