Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell hard and soft surface flooring products and window coverings
• Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences

• Assist customers with product choices and decor guidance
• Process orders and manage payments or credit
• Build client relationships and network with staff and customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Maintain showroom displays neat, current, and accessible
