Carpeteria Carpet One Floor & Home is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose flooring and design solutions in our showroom or in the community. You will greet shoppers, explain product features, and guide decisions to ensure a smooth buying experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to build relationships while meeting sales goals. Compensation includes base earning potential with commissions and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications
