Florcraft Carpet One in Anchorage seeks a dynamic Sales Professional who loves color and design and enjoys helping customers create beautiful spaces. This role is an inside sales position with coaching and growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will split time between showroom work and community outreach, offering informed flooring choices and design guidance to clients. Training is provided, and success leads to more responsibility and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide design advice and color/finish recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and math skills for orders and quotes.
• Willing to work Saturdays and split time between showroom and outreach.
• Reliable transportation to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell floor coverings and window treatments to customers.
• Greet customers and determine needs.
• Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.
• Write sales orders and follow up on projects.
• Develop new business through networking in the community.
• Coordinate with team to navigate supply chain issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and after-sale support.
