Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives in the Chapel Hill area. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, no experience required.

You'll help clients organize their homes, build rapport, assess spaces, and educate them on our custom closets and organization solutions. Open to coachable candidates willing to complete a 16-week training and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided by leads and marketing materials.
• Build rapport to understand customers' organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow sales training and help residential customers with home organization needs.
