Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

The role includes a direct path to certification and a pay/bonus increase as you advance. You’ll participate in a 12-week sales training program, receive ongoing mentorship, and work on a hybrid remote schedule with appointments close to your home.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates with a growth mindset.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Fully open schedule Mon to Fri and 2 Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
