Job summary

Closets by Design, a national leader in home organizing systems, seeks designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes from a flexible home-based role. You will receive complete sales and design training with pre-set appointments near your home, no experience required, and opportunities for advancement with performance-based bonuses.

Hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule and ongoing mentorship, 13-week training, and support from a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads and materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Follow Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
