Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can meet clients in their homes to understand storage challenges and present tailored closet designs. No prior degree or sales experience is required and paid training is provided.

The role offers hybrid remote work with pre-set appointments, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team that values craftsmanship and customer service.

• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
