Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home.

You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary. Hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule and 13-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to complete 13 weeks of paid training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments and materials provided.
• Build rapport to understand clients’ organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements
