Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. You will receive full sales and design training with no experience required, and opportunities to work from home.

The role includes pre-set appointments near your home and a direct path for advancement with pay/bonus increases. We offer a flexible schedule, hybrid remote options, and a 13-week paid sales training with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior sales experience required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
