Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. You’ll start with complete sales and design training, no experience required, and you’ll work with pre-set appointments near your home.

This hybrid remote role offers a 13-week paid training, opportunities for advancement, and support from your Sales Manager. You’ll build rapport, educate customers about our products, and close sales with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates with a willingness to learn.
• Growth mindset and drive to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads and marketing provided).
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to close residential sales.
