Job summary

Closets by Design Boston is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility to work from home with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training. Training runs for 13 weeks, with mentorship and opportunities for advancement.

No prior degree or sales experience is required; coachable candidates with a growth mindset are welcome, and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are needed to access client locations.

• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
