Job summary

Successful candidates will work 40 hours per week, with training pay of $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks, and a potential for average annual earnings between $45,000 and $65,000.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, previous selling experience, and is comfortable working in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous selling experience and ability to close sales is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative to meet assigned goals.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Assist in training and developing new peers on product knowledge.
