Join us as a Sales Delivery Manager at Knowledgent

Within Operations, we are expanding our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our innovative approach combines trusted technical sellers with advanced technology, driven by data and insights.

Role Overview

The Sales Delivery Manager will oversee the Direct Account Manager Sales Function for a Digital Ads Sales client, managing a team of sales managers and sellers (approximately 50-70 members). The focus is on scaling and growing existing customer accounts. This position reports directly to the Accenture Operations Manager and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Management: Manage overall program performance against sales targets and success metrics within a specific geographic area. Implement governance and performance frameworks to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand and operationalize strategic goals. Communicate successes, challenges, and risks, leveraging industry expertise to build trust and strategic partnerships.
  3. Deliverables: Present program performance during business reviews, providing insights and action plans to achieve revenue goals.
  4. People Management: Conduct interviews, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for sales managers and team leaders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of operations management leading sales teams
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience coaching leaders and managing digital sales or marketing teams
  • Decisive, data-driven decision-making abilities with analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
