LifePoint Health is recruiting for a Solutions Delivery Manager, Enterprise Transformation to join our team! This is a remote position.

Summary:

Provides coordination of projects focused on transforming and optimizing processes through technology-driven solutions. The Solution Delivery Manager will ensure project scopes are clearly defined, systematically executed, and results-oriented. Ensures successful adoption and implementation of automated solutions by stakeholders and end users.

Essential Functions:

1. Provides oversight and manages projects for the LifePoint Intelligent Automation team as prioritized by leadership. Leads project teams and resources.
2. Ensures coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex, cross-functional projects.
3. Tracks key milestones and adjusts plans/resources to meet delivery timelines.
4. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and expectations.
5. Reports project status and trends to executive leadership.
