About the team:

The Delivery Manager works closely with both the Sales and Global Customer Care (GCC) teams as part of the Professional Services team to bridge the gap between clients and technology, facilitating implementations. The role is responsible for managing client implementation projects, which can be up to a million dollars, and providing project management support and guidance to a team of Consultants to ensure projects are on time and within budget. It requires applying solid technical knowledge and client management skills to ensure successful implementations.

What you will do
  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings to align expectations and establish communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and teams to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project, fostering strong relationships.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation for governance and compliance.
  • Leverage lessons learned to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Skills and Qualifications needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
