Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Financial Claim Manager to lead sales deduction claim management across CE and MX divisions, review submissions in SAP and NERP, enforce policy compliance, and support month-end close.

The role also serves as the PIC for audit requests and internal controls. The position requires strong ERP experience, financial acumen, and leadership to onboard staff, set performance goals, and drive process improvements with AI and automation in collaboration with SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• MBA or MS in Finance.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• 2 to 3 years supervising staff or leading cross-functional project teams.
• Language – fluency in English & Korean (spoken and written), added attribute, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales deduction claim management across CE and MX product divisions, review submissions in SAP and NERP, enforce policy compliance, and support month-end close.
• Act as PIC for internal/external checklist and audit requests ensuring system integrity.
• Provide analysis of sales issues affecting financial risk.
• Deliver KPI reports and trend metrics on recovery rates and aged deduction portfolios to senior finance leaders.
