Job summary

RideNow, Inc. is hiring a Sales Deal Finalizer in Chandler, AZ. The role ensures accuracy from contract completion through final processing and may support EOD tasks, bank deposits, and cutting remote checks depending on time availability.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in A/R and A/P within automotive dealership settings, and capable of coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to finalize deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P.
• 2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or Powersports).
• Familiarity with dealership software (EVO or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data entry, document management, and clerical systems.
• Willing to work extra hours mid-month and at month-end as needed.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station.

Responsibilities

• Review completed sales deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that all required documents, signatures, disclosures, and supporting paperwork have been obtained before finalizing deals.
• Ensure vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately and submitted within established timelines.
• Audit deal jackets to identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to obtain corrections and required documentation.
• Track deal status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion and funding.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of finalized deals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation related to sales transactions as needed.

RideNow is hiring for a Sales Deal Finalizer. This role occasionally assists with with EOD tasks, bank deposits, and cutting remote checks, depending on time availability.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys ensuring accuracy, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting a seamless customer sales experience from contract completion through final processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review completed sales deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that all required documents, signatures, disclosures, and supporting paperwork have been obtained before finalizing deals.
• Ensure vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately and submitted within established timelines.
• Audit deal jackets to identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to obtain corrections and required documentation.

Accounting Support

• Prepare and post daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Cut and distribute checks as required for vendors, customers, refunds, and other approved payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable administrative tasks.

Customer & Internal Support

• Provide exceptional internal customer service to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Accounting teams.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding deal status, documentation, and accounting transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information at all times.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales completion process.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P
• 2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or Powersports)
