Job summary

Autocar is seeking a Sales Business Data Analyst in Birmingham, AL to own the sales CRM, govern data, and deliver analytics for Vocational Sales teams. You will collaborate with sales leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure clean, actionable data and to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to enhance pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales performance while promoting CRM adoption and data quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (Zoho, Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of data governance, cleansing, and workflow design.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and sales metrics.
• Knowledge of sales pipelines, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM administration for Autocar's sales CRM.
• Manage user access, permissions, workflows, fields, and system configurations.
• Support CRM enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to support integrations and system improvements.
• Act as the central contact for CRM questions, support, and user adoption.
• Establish data standards and governance processes across sales data.
