• Own data governance: ensure data integrity, enforce standards, naming conventions, validation rules and governance processes.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs for sales leadership and Vocational Sales teams; support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Support sales enablement: train users, promote data-driven decision-making, and align CRM with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence: CRM access audits, adoption, and real-time visibility tools.
