Job summary

CMS Distribution seeks a motivated, entry-level candidate to support the watch team and both DTC and B2B sales. You will assist with onboarding, order capture, and vendor-record accuracy, while preparing timely sales reports and maintaining customer data.

Reporting to the VLC sales team, you will learn to drive revenue growth, coordinate with warehouse operations to meet ship deadlines, and deliver high-quality customer service that aligns with CMS Store objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience capturing sales orders and generating reports.
• Strong communication and data accuracy for vendor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Training: familiarise with policies, vendor portfolio, CMS Store specifics.
• Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation: generate sales reports to monitor costs, profits and YoY growth.
• Revenue Growth: drive sales by maximizing order volume.
• Optimization: coordinate with warehouse to meet ship deadlines and improve efficiency.
