Job summary

CMS Distribution is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Houston to support our DTC and B2B operations, handling orders, onboarding, and customer care across channels. This office-based role offers hands-on training within our VLC sales team and exposure to premium watch brands and consumer tech.

You'll develop sales knowledge, generate performance reports, and collaborate with warehouse and sales to ensure on-time fulfillment while building a long-term career in sales and account management.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining records.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email for DTC and B2B customers.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately across channels.
• Support customer onboarding and maintain accurate records and account information.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Produce sales, operational and performance reports to support decisions.
• Carry out quality assurance checks on outbound shipments and address issues.
• Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention and performance.
• Develop sales and product knowledge through structured training.
