Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Flexible schedule and overtime availability.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications services (Video, Internet, Voice, Mobile).
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve issues in real time.
• Explain products and services to customers and upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
• Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy to improve customer experience.
