Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in Charlotte, NC to be the first point of contact for customers in our call centers.

You’ll manage inbound calls, resolve concerns in real time, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products while strengthening satisfaction and loyalty to the Spectrum brand. This in-office role offers competitive pay and incentives starting at $18/hour, with potential to exceed $80,000 annually through performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English.
• Excellent communications and professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer concerns in real time.
