Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Master order processing within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales entries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in explaining Spectrum’s products and services while comparing them to competitors.
