Job summary

Massage Envy Hamden is seeking friendly professionals to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and help book services and retail purchases.

A positive, guest-focused mindset is essential as you contribute to a welcoming clinic atmosphere. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Basic knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care services and the Wellness Program; promote and book future services.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, schedule services, and manage clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
