Job summary

Massage Envy North Stamford is seeking team members who will deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Total Body Care through education of services and memberships. You will assist clients, schedule appointments, and support a smooth clinic flow in a friendly, growth-oriented environment.

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Great people skills; build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases per provider recommendations.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
