Job summary

Massage Envy St. John's in Florida is seeking a friendly Customer Service / Sales Associate to support wellness services and help clients on their wellness journey.

You will greet clients, educate them on services, book appointments, and promote the Wellness Program while contributing to a welcoming, retail-driven environment. Full-time and part-time options available with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book appointments; encourage home care retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails; address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
