Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Florida to sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. You will assist families with funeral selections and attend services, while handling leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings range of $50,000–$70,000; training pay is $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing/sales education preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
