Job summary

Pilgrim Place In Claremont is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Counselor in Claremont, CA to guide prospective residents and families through the sales and admission process while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will identify leads, conduct tours, review applications and financials, coordinate move-ins, assist with marketing events, and maintain sales records with strict confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of sales or senior living experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or lead-tracking software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing events and contribute to the development of marketing plans.
• Maintain accurate sales records, protect confidential information, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
