Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management preferred OR related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous roles in sales, customer service, or administrative support are preferred.
• Experience in furniture industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist by managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documents.
• Organize meetings, follow-ups, and other logistical support for order processing.
• Accurate order entry - managing multiple projects at one time.
• Following order entry process through invoicing.
• Assisting with delivery schedules
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and pricing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
• Manage customer inquiries, respond to emails, and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with the logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage post-installation issues (punch items)
• Address any issues or delays in the sales process.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints or problems related to products/services.
