Job summary

You will drive sales volume, margin and new business goals monthly, quarterly and yearly, collaborating with design and service teams. Responsibilities include heavy networking, presentations, pricing quotes, coordinating installations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in architecture/interior design and furniture preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: networks extensively for leads with groups and industry organizations; cold calls prospects.
• Selling: qualify leads, present products, and develop quotes for customers.
• Sale Implementation: ensure accurate order specs and timely sales orders; coordinate with teams.
• Customer/Account Interfaces: respond to inquiries, provide regular status reports, and maintain relations.
• Goals and Performance: meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, margin and new business targets.
• Contract Furniture Management: understand product lines and manage order fulfillment and installation processes.
