Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or in a related field, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum one year general business experience.
• Valid Local Driver's License and passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Representatives through correspondence, rate quotes and service announcements to customers in the assigned territory.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve sales-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist Sales Representative in maximizing customer satisfaction and supply chain effectiveness with transportation solutions.
• Within TLink, assign new customers to a sales territory and assist in maintaining customer-base within SFA/CRM.
