Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience required.
• Associate degree preferred; non-degree considered with 6+ years experience plus a high school diploma or GED.
• Occasional travel (0–5%) and overnight stays (0–5%).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist coordinators with beginner, intermediate, and complex issues.
• Provide training to coordinators and continually seek ways to advance their skills and capabilities.
• Evaluate and anticipate team’s work volume and assign work accordingly.
• Monitor coordinators’ work for accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
• Review, modify, develop, and implement office procedures to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with Accounting, Tax, Audit & Legal.
• Run and maintain reports for key metrics such as Days on Inventory and Days Sales Outstanding.
• Work with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales order status and inventory for timely and accurate invoicing.
• Order equipment and ensure accuracy in specifications, pricing, delivery, and costing.
• Coach, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
