Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading global lift truck manufacturer, seeks a Sales Coordinator Supervisor in the Duluth, GA area. You will supervise coordinators, provide training, and help manage volumes and invoicing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize reporting, inventory, pricing, and delivery, while coaching direct reports and taking on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist coordinators with beginner, intermediate, and complex issues.
• Provide training to coordinators and continually seek ways to advance their skills and capabilities.
• Evaluate and anticipate team's work volume and assign work accordingly.
• Monitor coordinators’ work for accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
• Review, modify and implement office support procedures to maximize efficiency and compliance with departments.
• Run and maintain reports for key metrics such as Days on Inventory and Days Sales Outstanding.
• Work with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales order status and inventory for timely and accurate invoicing.
• Order equipment and ensure accuracy in specifications, pricing, delivery, and costing.
• Coach, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
