Responsibilities

• Schedule approved estimates and bids for Jetting and Repair Departments.
• Communicate project details with customers and coordinate with technicians, dispatch and management.
• Verify pricing and scope before scheduling and document project requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers and property representatives.
• Maintain follow-up communication via phone and email.
• Arrange pre-work inspections, permits, and DigAlert notifications when needed.
• Ensure timely customer notices and project communications.
• Work with Dispatch to coordinate field staffing and timelines.
• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls and prioritize emergencies.
