Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking a Department Coordinator to support the Los Angeles South/Palm Springs area water restoration and excavation projects. This role coordinates scheduling, documentation, and project flow from initial loss through final invoicing, serving as the central point of contact for customers, insurers, adjusters, technicians, and management.

The position is on-site in Palm Springs, CA, pays $20.00-$23.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma, English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Must speak and write in English with strong communication skills.
• Work in an open environment near coworkers.
• Handle sensitive financial/personal information.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office, and email knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with customers and technicians.
• Coordinates with insurance adjusters, TPA, and property managers.
• Maintains documentation, including photos, estimates, and insurance papers.
• Keeps accurate records in company software and systems.
• Supports restoration team to meet operational and customer goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned by branch management.
